I was standing in front of the goal on hockey pitch. I was a defender. The second half had just started.The ball was at the other end of the pitch.I heard two other members of my team talking so I told them to concentrate on the game. Suddenly I heard something coming. I turned on my heels. The ball was coming at me. BANG! Before I had a chance to duck it hit me in the face. Suddenly all the lights went out. I’m not sure what happened after that but I do know that I was rushed to hospital.
