Once upon a time……. There lived a girl called Emer. She was an excellent runner.Her team was about to enter  a running competition. The problem was , the rest of her team weren’t good. On the day of the competition one of her teamates hurt her leg. They had to run the race without her . When the race began the team was dead last. The coaches shouted from the sidelines but it was no use, they were terrible. Although they ran quickly they were still not making enough progress . Suddenly the injured teamate came running on . They won the race!!!! Everyone was very happy for Emer and her team
